Mine were pork, shiitake mushrooms, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots. Way light on the meat. Seasoning was xaioshing wine, white pepper soy sauce and oyster sauce.
I cooked a tiny piece to make sure I had seasoning right.

It is the light source. It looks like you are using the overhead lights in your kitchen (or something similar) to light your food. Most people getting the nicer photos are using natural window light from the side or rear. That light is softer and has a more pleasant color temperature.

I grilled/BBQ'd some B/S Teriyaki marinated Chicken Thighs (diced so that the diner THINKS they're getting more than they really are
), My Quick Cucumber Kim Chee (or kimchi, whatever) and the ever present steamed White Rice topped with Shoyu (Soy Sauce) and Furikake... one of our favorite meals.

Simple tortelloni with Thyme sauce & crispy chilli oil. Garlic bread on the side.
No pics, but more fridge-clearing, so I sautéed and entire container of mushrooms with an entire bag of spinach, and that’s for MrsT, and I steamed a half head of cauliflower and some broccoli for me.
