My first experience with tapioca (apart from using it as a thickener), this is a pineapple-coconut version:

I did not care for it, weird texture. MrsT, who loves tapioca, thought it was delicious.

Homemade Lasagna (seasoned ground beef, tomato sauce, hard-boiled eggs, mushrooms, herbs, spices, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmigiano Reggiano & pecorino romano cheeses).
