Fried chicken sangwich.
Buttermilk marinated chicken thighs on a toasted homemade brioche bun, with a spicy aioli and pickles. With homemade chocolate chia pudding for dessert.

DD's wanted KPot. So that was dinner. It was very loud. Apparently, everyone who had a birthday today decided to go to KPot for dinner.

This is the supper thread, too?
Ahead of pic taking time?
Anything you eat or drink at any time of day but there is a dedicated breakfast thread as well as one for desserts any another for drinks.

This thread gets restated on a monthly basis.

Bruschetta 'sp? Was a big hit last night with everyone.
Bruschettas are great. They're simple and very uncomplicated. Tomato, olive oil, garlic; tomato, olives, mozzarella; tomato, goat's cheese, touch of balsamic; red & green peppers, just sauteed with some garlic; the variations are limitless.

I like it with goat cheese sometimes but always with parm, mozz or provolone. Usually it's an appetizer for us with spaghetti or lasagna entree.
