I had home made shepherds pie today - I've been tidying up in the kitchen and it was the nearest thing in the freezer - with carrots and kale, followed by a sugarless rice pudding.

Just don't put sugar in it
I use organic whole milk (4.5%) and find the taste is gorgeous without sugar.

Short grained white rice. It's stickier than normal white rice.

ExatlyClever! So the muffin mix rises to encase the whole strawberry.
..a nice way to mix chocolate and fruit..sometimes I put peaches or ananas..very good..but I prefer strawberries..
