What did you eat/cook today (January 2017)?

Tonight I'm cooking mushroom risotto using dried mushrooms and some fresh ones. Hubby's request. I haven't made a risotto for ages.
 
MY last post on this thread - Horseshoe gammon, jacket potato, mushrooms, peas, poached duck egg, tomato, English mustard (for which there was hardly room) and some grass stuff.
