What is your favourite type of bread?

They look very good and not what you'd expect to be able to buy in Thailand.

If they have any left over at the end of the day, it's discounted about 50%.

Which is good because it's bloody expensive normally (over £ 3.00/loaf).

I was unsure about this one, but it turned out great.

I had to replace my 20+ year-old food processor, and the new one I got, even though it's bigger, has nowhere near the power of my old one, and it really bogs down on doughs.

Oddly enough, this ended up being the lightest loaf I've ever made. It barely weighs anything and makes wonderful toast.
