What kind of music do you like?

More and more I have hard time listening to modern pop music, top 40 kind of thing, it all sounds like a bunch of people living in the same house stealing each others music lol. Maybe I'm just old, but I truly like pretty much all genres. Let me add modern pop western to the list of music I'm not appreciating. Cheers, no hate please lol.

Planxty and Christie Moore play a version of this (amongst many other Irish folk songs).

But I'm listening to Van Morrison this afternoon who sings/plays less Southern Irish songs being from Belfast.

*to be fair, so has everybody else for the last nine months. I can't wait until they do Glastonbury, I hope the Eavis's give them a closing spot on one of the main stages.

In the current age of corporate pap we so need a new music revolution, I don't care if I hate it, so long as it breaks the monotony.
