I ordered all of this online for DH's birthday.
His friend was going on about this Salami, gave me the link to where he got his and found so much more.
DH is over the Moon!!
I was going to make it an Italian Night, but he'd rather wait for Sunday, that's our night for Pasta.

The Jjajjang has already been eaten with some white rice. The noodles will be cooked in with some Dakdoritang in the next couple of days... I'm making some Dakgalbi chicken this evening which uses the sesame oil and will be dipped with Ssamjang. Dried anchovies and prawns will be used for soup stocks and other base duties... fish for snacking with beer... the strawberries I expect my daughter will end up eating most of those plus they'll be treats for our rabbits; what else... oh yeah I bought a bottle of this Korean Single Malt too:

Hmm is it reachable by motorbike? 😂

[EDIT] Actually I haven't watched their video and what eventually happened, but thinking about it, there would probably have to be a ferry involved at some point since between South Korea and China is North Korea which they probably wouldn't be able to traverse.

This is super-delish and don't skip the dangmyeon which are gluten-free.
They are one of my favourites. I find it disappointing the only rice dried noodles are sold in the supermarkets, there are many other brilliant glass noodles available. Heyho I have my trusty Oriental supermarket 40mins from here.

Nice, I’ll be devouring that vid with a cup of tea and some doughnuts shortly!
