What produce/ingredients did you buy or obtain today (2025)?

Got a couple of chickens and some lemons to brine them with. Looking forward to using my vicious Dragon Riot shears tomoz.

And I nearly obtained some rice flour but the only rice flour Ocado could show me was -

I thought of those shears when you mentioned chicken earlier. I quit buying rice flour when I got my grain mill. BlendTec nails it.

I only use it to flour the work surface and pizza peel cos it’s got a higher scorch point than other flours and that stone is hot, hot, hot.
There’s a bit of difference in price between the top notch GF Caputo and the rice flour -

Throw the rice flour around dusting everything with carefree abandon, yes. The £8 Caputo not so much
