I thought of those shears when you mentioned chicken earlier. I quit buying rice flour when I got my grain mill. BlendTec nails it.

I only use it to flour the work surface and pizza peel cos it’s got a higher scorch point than other flours and that stone is hot, hot, hot.
There’s a bit of difference in price between the top notch GF Caputo and the rice flour -

Throw the rice flour around dusting everything with carefree abandon, yes. The £8 Caputo not so much

I bought tomatoes, cucumber, oyster mushrooms, whole chickens (frozen) & chicken pieces (frozen). Plus leg pork chops and beef mince.
Also bread flour and I finally found whole wheat flour.
3 tubs of full cream yoghurt
2 crates of Mosi lager
And I collected my special goodies: krupuk, emping, santen, ketjap, trassi and anchovies
(Translation: dried prawn crackers, melindjo nut crackers, creamedcoconut, sweet soy, stinky but tasty dried shrimp, anchovies)

I haven't had prawn crackers in ages! Can't get them around here so I'll have to make them. I just found this recipe that I'll try.

Went by the meat store to get my monthly lot of cubed steak and some sausage. Pippi was tiring of Wally World deli slices so upped her game as well.
