Hacksaw, my friend 😅
Livestock are routinely desptached, dismembered, prepped and cooked out here for the constant calendar of social and ceremonial events. Every kitchen has a food designated hacksaw and other essential kit for that.🙂

Lol thats true here. I have a hack saw. In fact when my son got heavy handed and snapped the blade sawing the tip off a leg of lamb I was able to order a new one to be delivered from the supermarket. I wondered at the time, do they consider this a Kitchen item or a DIY item?

Probably mostly DIY. I've got some stainless ones for food.

I took my pot to the shops with me last time to make sure the leg would fit, the butcher did not want to saw the end off.
He said no you don’t want the cut the end off there’s goodness in there, I chuckled and said theres not a lot of goodness in it if it doesn’t fit in this pot, he let out a loud harumphing noise and sawed it off. Butchers are a funny breed 😂

It is very pricey but I wanted to try this one as the reviews are great, they say it has an excellent all round flavour, is fruity and peppery but only has a middle heat.
I love the flavour of chilli, I don’t get on with the heat of it at all, if this is good I’ll seek it out elsewhere at a cheaper price 👍
