What produce/ingredients did you buy or obtain today (2026)?

Mine just drains out to the ground and nothing to use them, it’s a shame , but the container is 64-gallon, I do my best to dump out when it’s full. So I’m not going to do anything further.

Dead simple and so tasty!
Carrots, Daikon, Cucumbers, fresh Ginger Root, Rice Vinegar, a bit of sugar for balance and water.
OIISHI!!!
OH!
I forgot, Sweet White Onion too!

Not today, but last Tuesday, but I didn't have time to post.
The same place I bought Weissbier and Munich helles beer has a deli with German products. I thought I'd look around to see if there was any horseradish, but instead, I found sweet mustard and these delicious gherkins/pickles. The sweet mustard is out of this world, but the gherkins are from another planet!

That mustard has a tie-in to your old second home in Cincy. There’s a Händlmaier mustard club here - monthly meetup to eat sausages and drink beer!

The club even goes over to Regensburg every now and again to celebrate that mustard!
