I bought worms before but they must escaped from my bin. I still compost but not sure what.
They'll make it. Too wet would be the booger.I got a bottom bucket to collect the liquid.
It's more for drainage and preventing too high moisture content.
We'll see how it goes and if the worms can adjust to this climate
OH!I'm going to go hunting in the next coupla days for the ingredients to make Namasu
