I have no idea, nor did I even read that part of the menu. I went right for the subs.What is a "potato bud" ( I thought potatoes were vegetables, not flowers) and what is a "teezer"? something between a wheezer and a freezer? Or a geezer and a tweezer?

I loved this place! Why? Because it’s styled like a mountain lodge, but it’s associated with the local amusement park (King’s Island), and since it’s off-season…no one else was there! Me, MrsT, the bartender, the busboy, and the cook. That was it. Loved it!

I would assume it is based on the brackish level of the waters that they came from. There are a lot of oyster bays all over the US, and some have more rivers and streams flowing into them than others...oysters that are sourced from close to the river/streams have less salinity than those that might be closer to the part of the bay that opens up to the Gulf of Mexico or the ocean.
