I’ll have the macarons, the cranberry loaf, the cupcakes…you know, to make it easy on yourself, just like a couple of everything on there and I’ll sort it out back at the table.

That's what I do first on the Buffet line !!!!
I get acoupla small plates and fill them with 2 of everything and set them down in the middle of the table for everyone.

SoCalZone10 and Wombat457 I don't think it was a true "prime" rib roast, kinda tough, yet again. I think that the ex-chef has been told to cut back on the food budget ... ... just sayin' ... I don't think I'll have that the next go-around.

I was also going for the roast prime rib, but now I may change to ham
Rosemary potatoes & green salad
I will also have the poached shrimps and the lox.
Fruit salad and berries will suit me properly as desert
