Our Thanksgiving Lunch ... what would you choose?

The onion rings and either the steak or the fish & chips.

Depends, being a coeliac if I see the fish and chips is gluten free I get quite excited

Its certainly a rather short menu. But that maybe a good thing because it means they aren't trying to cook or reheat a 100 things.

I would probably eat two starters. There isn't a vegetarian main option.

Or maybe I wouldn't go for the full turkey experience!

I like steak, but rather done well than well done...
Mine would be rare to medium rare
And since Europeans and Americans disagree about the temperatures: that's "rare" for the Americans

This was at a restaurant that DH, Mom & I had never been.
They were one of only two restaurants open in the area.
The manager, who Mrs. Next Door Neighbor knew, said that for Thanksgiving they were offering a very limited menu and it had all been prepped ahead, "... so you're food will be out in just three minutes."
And bot howdy, let me tell y'all, he wasn't kidding!
Our plates came to the table even before our adult beverages!
I asked DH if he would go back here again to try the full menu and he said quite enthusiastically YES!
