The Macaroni salad was delicious and the local greens with that Japanese-style carrot & ginger dressing was fantastic!

The locally grown lettuces here are like none I've had anywhere else!

Well, it says I get a choice of fries or salad, so either, depending on my mood at the time, but smart money would be on the fries.

Mac Salad is a staple item on a "plate lunch" here in Hawaii - mac `n cheese you'll hardly ever see, locals are ones for cheese much.

Alright, I would probably get the Kalua pork bowl to give myself a one-time break from all the fresh seafood. I mean, Kalua pork done right isn't something easy to find in the continental US, especially in the midwest.

They had one of those in Las Vegas! I would get #16 and Pippi liked #3. It was on the West side several *long* city blocks South of where I lived.
