What's For Dessert?

I made raspberry frozen yoghurt today

Since I have an ice cream machine I'm trying to make low calorie but satisfying ice cream and I must say that frozen yoghurt is doing the trick rather splendidly!

Just had pudding and on a Wednesday!
There were two left over large Yorkshire puddings from Sunday lunch which has never in the history of this house happened before!
So I reheated them, drowned them in maple syrup, filled them to overflowing with cream and sprinkled maple syrup sugar and marshmallows over it all for good measure. It was lovely 😋

I’m normally not much of a sugar eater so I’m expecting a bit sugar crash shortly 😂

Nothing that a little gin won't fix.

I've almost always got a carton or four, if it goes on sale as it did last week-$2.99/half gallon, of store-bought Ice Cream.
I had some boxed Brownies that needed to be eaten, so....

I broke up the Brownies and then layered them in and around some nice Vanilla Ice Cream.
When I bought these Sundae Dishes, DH asked me, "what are those for?"
Let me show you!

I bought a dragon fruit the other day for the first time, DH and I have never eaten one to our knowledge. I have seen mixed reviews online about them. Not sure what I will do with it, maybe cut it up and make a smoothie with it along with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, I dunno. I will of course taste a slice of it just to see how it is by itself first.

I half them and eat it with a teaspoon as is, just like a kiwi fruit.

I used to get those at the Thai store in 'Vegas and I'd eat them just as they are.
