Recipe Whipped Avocado Dessert

Whipped Avocado Dessert
Makes 3 servings

Ingredients
2 avocados, peeled and cut into pieces
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup whipping cream
3 TB lime juice
Whipped cream (or other whipped dessert topping), for serving
Lime zest, for serving

Directions
Place everything in the jar of a blender (or use a stick blender and an appropriate container). Blend on high speed, until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Spoon into serving dishes and garnish with additional whipped cream and lime zest. Serve.
