Ingredients:
200 gr refined flour
80 gr potato starch
180 gr brown sugar
250 gr yoghurt (also vegetable)
120 gr sunflower oil
vanilla flavoring
baking powder
2 spoons aniseed (or star anise powder)
Methods:
Mix together the flour, potato starch, sugar, vanilla flavoring, baking powder, yoghurt, aniseeds and for last the oil.
Bake at 170 degrees in the static oven for 35/40 minutes.
