I don't usually watch Youtube videos or podcasts about food and cooking, but I really enjoy Epicurious' "4 levels of" series, where 3 chefs at different levels (beginner, home cook and professional) make their own versions of different dishes, and then a food scientist comments on it. I also liked Bon Apétit's "Pastry chef attempts gourmet", where a pastry chef makes gourmet versions of everyday candy.

I have very few I actually subscribe to, they just stay in my "Recommended" strip on YT, so I keep up on the latest ones (in no particular order):

Chef John/Food Wishes
Jacques Pepin (he shows up in a few places, from his Pepin Foundation, to his home PBS TV station KQED, and a couple of others)
America's Test Kitchen/Cook's Country
Cooking the World (based out of Frankfurt, Germany)
New Scan Man (a couple of different hosts, covers Scandi cooking)
And of course, our own murphyscreek's Easy and Delicious channel (which, in addition to wonderful recipes, has the best theme music and opening sequence on YT - if you're feeling a little down, go watch one of his videos - you'll be uplifted before the cooking even starts)

The only social media that I am on is TikTok. I enjoy it. I've gotten some great recipe ideas. I also occasionally post a video recipe!

Cheers TastyReuben for the shout out.

Like you am also a fan of Chef John: https://www.youtube.com/c/foodwishes

As someone who loves Asian food and cook it quite often, I like the following.

For Thai cooking I like this lady: https://www.youtube.com/c/PailinsKitchen

For Korean: https://www.youtube.com/user/Maangchi

And a couple of my favourite Aussies: https://www.youtube.com/user/adamliaw

And I guess it's ok to link to mine, though not in the same stratosphere as any of the above: https://www.youtube.com/user/drhoo42

I honestly didn't realise you had a channel, I only just realised you always share videos. I will subscribe! Your food is great.

Then share the link to your channel? Sharing links is the purpose of this thread
You can find me at @clivemasala. It´s been a while since I´ve posted any serious cooking stuff, because I´ve been travelling, but there are plenty of things to keep busy on!
I´ve just thought of another one: my Indian Food Guru, Sanjay Thumma, known popularly as Vah-Chef
Vah Chef
He taught me to make Malai Kofta - which I can assure you are very tricky!

Very interesting thread!
I only do You Tube and I subscribe to the majority of the above channels, some I don't know, but I will be checking them out.
We "cut the cord" as they say and no longer have any 'regular' TV, ie cable, satellite or old fashion rabbit ears.
We only use the interest.
I don't do podcasts, mostly because I have no clue how to do it.
