Not sure I'd call this an entry. It was an experiment. I used an Artificial Intelligence Recipe site to come up with this recipe. I entered five ingredients (the limit) -- Red Snapper, Capers, Artichoke Hearts, White Wine and Butter. This is what it came up with. I served it on white rice, and I changed the parsley to basil, and added some black pepper.
Below the recipe is a photo of my rather badly plated food.
It tasted pretty good, but not great. I enjoyed it, but I think I could come up with a better version, myself.

Missing ingredient turkey.

I had an appetizer the other night at an Italian restaurant that had fried capers on it..They were crispy..changed the taste a little, too..I'm going to do it at home some time
