What did you cook/eat today (August 2017)?

Sunday's dinner was the rest of the lasagne, and last night's was spicy potatoes, spinach with sumac (yes I bought some!), flatbreads, and yoghurt, followed by fresh black grapes and fresh plums. Tonight I'll be having leftovers :D
 
Vegan pie (leeks, carrots, beans) with home-made puff pastry. Sorry - not the best of photos but taken in tungsten light.

Aren't you sick of Pumpkin, tofu and green bean curry? When I was in hospital I had a bottle of chilli sauce in my bedside cupboard...
I don't have much option as you may have seen on the hospital menu I uploaded.
Lunch today I have the tofu and bean casserole. There's not much tofu in it, 4 pieces today. The tofu and pumpkin curry is much better. As for evening meal well there's only one other option I like which only occasionally comes up and that is the potato and pea curry which is literally potatoes and peas, lacking protein badly. I'm hungry and tired despite eating too much. So I had my husband bring in my protein shake and container to up my protein content during the day. I'm think it will help.
