Fantastic work. I love that paneer.

I'm always making it, and I always weight it well too. I prefer it like that, rather than soft like a cottage cheese.

Forgot to mention that the tin loaf was made with a sourdough starter

Tonight I made panfried plaice, broad beans and a dish inspired by my Scotland trip - a cross between colcannon and bubble and squeak.

Leftover potato mixture will be used for a bread recipe tomorrow.

Nice! That chutney looks interesting.

It's even better than the rhaita, sweet and very tasty. I use the jar concentrate and thin with equal hot water and a bit of sugar. Highly recommend it with a curry.
