I had a lot of fun making this yesterday from @Yorky's recipe Hot Butter Chicken. Here is how it turned out:

I followed the recipe pretty well to the letter except that I substituted a tin of crushed tomatoes for the fresh tomatoes and rather than sieving...
It seems that a lot of people still believe washing chicken is hygienic. In fact the opposite is true. In the UK some supermarket chickens are now labelled 'do not wash'. Personally, I've never done so and was surprised to find that some people still do this.
Do you still wash chicken...
Living in the UK there is no tradition of frying chicken. However I keep seeing it done on episodes of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives that are shown constantly on one of our food channels, and they mostly look rather tasty.
So does anyone have their own method for fried chicken? Clearly there are...
I have always been told that raw chicken contains harmful bacteria so you should clean up afterwards very thoroughly.
What do you use to wipe down your surfaces and chopping board after you have prepared raw chicken?
And is there anything you should do differently to when you clean up after...

This Asian inspired dish uses two different stone fruits: plums and mango. The contrasting colours look so beautiful together! The dish produces a delicious sweet and sour sauce all by itself and there is no need to use any oil. You could use chicken thigh fillets and reduce the cooking time of...
There are quite a few recipes for chicken and strawberry salad but I thought I’d add different dimension by making good old-fashioned salad cream; a savoury version of strawberries and cream! Most recipes for salad cream include olive oil. I don’t think its needed as the cream is already rich...
This is a really easy dish to make. The marinade and the oven do most of the work. If you can't obtain pomegranate molasses, substitute honey or maple syrup. This will make the dish taste sweeter - but you may prefer that!
