Nothing crazy with this recipe. More threads is better :)

I had leftover roasted asparagus from last night. I like asparagus paired with eggs. I figure lets roll with an omelette.

Ingredients

4 eggs
4 spears of asparagus
slice of muenster cheese
turmeric
ground coriander seeds
cayenne pepper
fresh basil

I sliced the asparagus and diced the onions. I added them to a separate pan to start heating up.

I whipped up the eggs in a separate bowl. I added the turmeric, coriander, and cayenne (dash of each). I also ribbon cut a few fresh basil leaves into the eggs.

I then added the eggs to the pan. Once a base had started forming I added the asparagus, onions, and cheese.

I'll add pictures from my phone in a few seconds.

Asparagus and eggs work very well together indeed. Interesting additions turmeric and ground coriander.

And yes, the more threads the better!
