Cheese, shredded cheddar and mozzarella. There's a layer of brown sugar and flour on the bottom and then two layers of pineapple and cheese. Crushed butter soaked crackers on the top.

Side dish. Desserts are way more sweeter around here. I don't usually eat a dessert in the sense of cakes, pies, etc. My idea of a dessert might be some homemade jam on a piece of cheese or two.
