I like eating beefburgers but I don't know how to mix spices together. And I often add salt when I mix all spices and beef. Thank to your sharing and now I know we shouldn't add salt before cooking. Useful post!

I don't add salt to anything except when I make bread. I find there's usual enough natural salt in food. Same with sugar.
