Brussels sprout shortage

My order for sprouts from Riverford was a large bag of the things - ye gods, I shall never eat another! They tasted exactly as they did when I was a child, such a strong cruciferous flavour. Eugh!

It's funny you should say this, we had them last night, I never liked as a kid but I do now. Last nights were done in butter and bacon. They were beautiful.
