Christmas Eve's warm dish buffet (swede/rutabaga casserole, carrot casserole, sweetened potato casserole, ham with regular and super hot mustard, sprout and roasted cashew salad with lemon sauce and dill cucumbers. As usual, we moved the kitchen table to another room for the buffet.

With dad being with us, he has been poorly and isn't eating much so we didn't push push the boat too far out.
We have left over roast spuds, parsnip, peas, carrots, piggies so they will make a cracking hash. Plenty of meat left too.
 
All of ours is prepped and ready to start cooking in 1.5 hours or so. Craig is going to try cooking his brussel sprouts dish, though I've done all the prep for him. It will be his first time cooking since 10/30, the evening he fell and broke his leg.
