Recipe Courgette Chickpea Curry

Can be made with or without chicken, just leave it out.
I figure pork or tofu would work as well.

Chicken pieces, marinated in curry powder, oil, bit of salt or fish sauce and some vinegar

250 gr dried chick peas, soaked
200-250 gr onion diced
4 cloves garlic
4 cm ginger
4 heaped teaspoon home made curry mix (coriander, cumin, turmeric, chili, peppercorn)
500 gr tomatoes cubed
500 gr courgette sliced
150-200 ml yoghurt

Instructions
1 Boil chickpeas till soft(ish), this took about 20 minutes, then left in hot water
2 Heat oil
3 Fry chicken till browned, remove
4 Fry onions in remaining oil
5 Add garlic/ginger
6 Add curry mix
7 Add tomatoes
8 Return chicken, small fire, lid on
9 Add chickpeas & some of the boiling liquid of the chickpeas
10 Taste, adjust spices. Remember salt
11 Add courgette & yoghurt
12 Cook till courgette is done
