Dates weights in a Date and Almond chocolate cake

I found this recipe online.

I've bought 220g Medjool dates without stones.
They are wrinkled, so I assume they are dried.
Should I just use about 60% of the other ingredients eg 2 eggs or 30g cocoa?
Could it work with blueberries instead of dates?
If so, what adjustments would you recommend?

I would assume looking at the recipe - (it says pitted dates) that they are already referring to dried weight so make no changes otherwise the cake will not work and no you can not substitute blueberries for a dates. dates are sweetness, blueberries are at best colour with the odd bit of flavour. you will effectively make a cake with no sugar if you omit the dates.
