Recipe En Papillote Dill and Lemon Salmon

A very simply dish that is full of flavor. The only thing I picked up at the store was the salmon. The rest of the ingredients were what I had available.

Ingredients:

Salmon
Zucchini
Green Onions
Lemon
Fresh Dill
Salt
Pepper
Oil Spray

1. Spray the foil
2. Apply a layer of thick cut zukes and green onions
3. Place Salmon on top of the zukes
4. Squeeze lemon on top of salmon.
5. Lightly salt and pepper the salmon
6. Place lemon slices on salmon
7. Place fresh dill on lemon slices
8. Seal packet

I cooked mine on 350 for 35 minutes. Cooking time will be dependent on how thick your salmon is.

It looks very good indeed - and simple to do. Dill is one of my favourite herbs - its great that you used such a big bunch. I bet that infused some flavour.

Yes Ma'am. It even lightly infused it into the zucchini. One of my concerns was that the zucchini would be over cooked. I was wrong. It turned out really well. I do wish that I would have saved a little bit of the dill and made a yogurt/dill dipping sauce. Colleen/Jake said it was just as good without it, but I like a good yogurt sauce.

Dill is one of my favourite herbs

Dill and Basil are top two for sure.
