Exercise thread

I tried PT too but at $350/hour I can walk without a treadmill!
I have very good insurance here, I pay $0 when I go to any doctor, so money is not the problem, honestly you can waste your time and very little improvement. Same with chiropractors, I used to go to them regularly because of my bad back, then I discovered they made your body worse. After COVID or because of COVID, I didn’t see anybody for anything, that’s when I realized they are not helpful.
I went swimming everyday during COVID and that’s how I became healthy, minimum checkup once a year is all I do now. No massage regularly either.

Tonight I walked only 2 blocks, started at 6:25PM and came back around 6:50PM, maybe 20-25 minutes.
Frankly tonight is one of the nights that I thought I might chicken out, the air is so thick you can cut it with a knife.
But somehow I’m not in the mood to bake cookies.

My Hatha yoga class is on winter break , but I am not. I do yoga 3 times a week, class or no class. To me this is the most fun sport ever!

I love yoga too, i’ve been doing that for years. We usually have a Yoga and Tai Chi class for free here, so I’m waiting to sign up again.
I’m not too disciplined to do yoga on my own.

Pretty hilly/mountaneous here. Down to the mailbox and back is around 8'ish minutes and down 60' and then up 60'. I try to go faster on the up trip.
Yeah, this is why I want to use the treadmill, I have to wait until I come back from my trip before signing up.
But even with minor exercise, my legs are getting better, yesterday I didn’t use Tiger Balm for once. I went straight to sleep and woke up 7-8 hours later.
