			Ingredients:
- 2 cups (200g) dried chickpeas
 - 1/2 onion
 - 3 cloves of garlic
 - 1/2 bunch Parsley
 - 1/4 bunch Cilantro
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
 - 1/2 tsp cumin
 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika powder
 - 1 tsp baking soda
 - vegetable oil (Frying oil)
 - 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
 - to serve: pita, tahini sauce/ hummus, tomatoes / cucumbers.
 
- Soak the dry chickpeas in water overnight, wash and drain.
 - Add onions, parsley, cilantro and garlic into the food processor and process until all combined.
 - Add the chickpeas into a food processor, together with salt, cumin, paprika powder, black pepperbaking soda and the bread crumbs.
 - Process until smooth but still crumbly.
 - Transfer to a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
 - Heat oil for frying.
 - Remove falafel mixture from the fridge and using your hands shape into small balls or discs.
 - Fry the falafel balls in until crispy and golden brown and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel.
