Making me want noodles!

Those cellophane/glass noodles are more than likely GF since they are made from a bean thread. Not sure, but didn't know if you knew about them.

I gathered that. I like rice with Asian food, no noodles.

You never had a Ramen bowl? And I'm not talking about the el cheapo instant Ramen in the regular grocery stores.

I know what you're referring to, yes I've had them and they're good. I prefer rice in general.
