That sounds good, I have made something similar in a crockpot using dark beer sausage, sauerkraut, beans brown sugar, apple cider vinegar and gingersnaps. The combination of the flavors made it really good, and slow cooking it a crockpot really brought out the flavors. These are the types of things that are simple and easy to cook.

This sounds delicious. I really like baked beans. Everybody seems to have their own way of preparing them. This is one I would be interested in trying. There are so many different ingredients and so many different flavours going on. I think these will be on the menu for next week. :)

Jameson and Guinness are two of my husband's favorite drinks! I'm pretty sure we will be trying this recipe out at our house very soon, too! Thanks for sharing.

I think the only Jameson I ever came across was a fine looking youngster on one season of The Voice. I did not realise there was a Guinness recipe I missed. I think I am going to pass on this one.

You're out of Guinness?

Nope. I have ONE Guinness for weeks that everyone refuses to touch because they know I requested them for a recipe which has never come to fruition.
