For me, the issue with this is the fact it has to be 30 different colours and/ or different plant based foods. I can do 30 plant based foods a week without trying. But not if they all have to be different. Unless you have a varied fruit orchard and vegetable patch, then obtaining one portion is the issue. Food isn't often sold in one portion amounts.
For example, I have a cauliflower in the fridge. I had some yesterday. That means the rest of it (which is rather a lot), won't count until next week. Ditto a cabbage, swede, carrots, tomatoes and blood oranges. I could go on. Its simply wasteful for me and too expensive to buy enough different vegetables and fruits.
