Just be careful as some raw nuts are (slightly) poisonous, like cashew and kemiri nuts

I came to 25 points and that included counting fermented black beans, gherkin, carrot & daikon pickle, etc
Whole wheat bread was 1 point and whole wheat sourdough got another point from me

A light roast sorts it all.
They are available as a paste as well. At least in the Netherlands

Thats easy as I had cucumber 3x, whole wheat bread 4 or 5 times, tomatoes almost every day (I got cherry tomatoes growing and I eat them as fast as I can pick them)
