Halloween food & drink

We had the three grandkids over, two of my three kids, and one of their partners. We cooked up chicken tenders in the air fryer. We did Mummy hotdogs, mac n cheese, and slaw. Of course there was plenty of chocolate, candy bars, and chips!

Some of my colleagues from Boston brought us candy corn last time they were in Portugal, of all the Portuguese people who tried it, only one enjoyed it

The everyday red licorice around here is Twizzlers, but aficionados who insist on gourmet/upscale “craft” licorice, all that stuff comes from…Australia!

I’ll have to check a few bags, because I’m betting it’s labeled “Australia,” but it actually comes from New Jersey.
