Bread is one food item that I eat on a daily basis. I use it for breakfast as well as for supper. Bread is very versatile. It can be used with various spreads. It can also be toasted, either singly, or made into a sandwich which can then be toasted in the sandwich maker. When looking for a light snack during the course of the day, it is easy to reach for bread. I like bread in all forms, sliced bread, buns, as well as raisin loaves. I mostly go for bran bread though, although I would also eat white bread occasionally.

I try to east bread as little as possible. I have a real problem with bread - if I have one piece, I end up eating at least 3 more. I don't really have this problem with too many other things. I even bought some gluten free bread, and it is a miraculous feeling to have one piece of gluten free bread and feel satiated enough to not want more. When I see people just eat one sandwich and be fine it is so strange to me, because if I had a sandwich I would want another one immediately.

Otherwise for my family, they usually have bread for breakfast and lunch, but not dinner.

I do love my bread but have been trying to cut down the past week. Whenever I pick up a fresh loaf at the bakery, I have such a hard time staying away from it. I just want to smother a few pieces in butter and chow down..lol Not very healthy, hence the chances!

I eat bread everyday! I have to say it is my staple food and I am just in love with it!

I also mostly eat wholewheat brown bread. I can even eat dry bread; no spreads or anything. That's how into bread I am!

I eat bread during breakfast but not everyday. There are times when I am full when I ate my lunch in the evening I just eat bread for dinner.

Every day , wraps ,toast , baguettes ,sands , toasted sands, bagels , ploughmans , flavored breads ,

I eat it at least twice a day right now and I am trying to cut back. I do not like how many carbs I am currently consuming. We go through about 4 loaves a bread per week currently.

Not very often at all, maybe 5-6 times per month. I do eat rice every single day though (life as an Asian), so I do get a lot of carbs.

Everyday. I have bread in lunch and snack time. I prefer whole wheat bread than regular bread since I am in a high fiber diet.:hungry:

I eat bread virtually every day too. I often have toast in the evening, or will have a few slices with a "something, chips and beans" meal. It's a cheap way to add bulk to a meal and makes a quick snack. It's always Warburton's thick cut for me.

Daily. It is a perfect food.

And when it goes stale, it is not wasted, voila bread & butter pudding!

Don't forget making french toast with day old french bread. So good. It's what I always make for myself when I see discounted bread at the supermarket

I don't eat very much bread. When I purchase a loaf of bread it will go into the freezer to keep it fresh. As I want a slice I will take it from the frozen loaf in the freezer, the loaf will last me about a month.

I eat bread almost every day. Usually, it is a sandwich, such a pb&j, egg salad or a deli meat sandwich.
