When the oil cools, run it through a couple layers of cheese cloth and put it back in the jug with the cap on and store it in a cool, dry place. You can reuse it many times.

I've run it through some cheese cloth before, & you'd be truly amazed at how much debris & gunk that comes from the oil when you're done!!!!
