After much thought, Key Lime Pie with a huge meringue!
I don't know if it counts as dessert in the strictest sense, but probably a cinnamon roll with about three times the usual amount of cream cheese frosting.
Other than that, maybe a devil's food cake...with about three times the usual amount of cream cheese frosting.

I used to make a very rich, gooey, chocolate dessert that a friend named 'Evil Death Cake'. Maybe that, but I think I would prefer to be Angel Cake

French dessert ala creme brûlée. With vanilla ice cream and raspberry coulis. Not big on desserts but I'd have that.

We call custard pustard here, granddaughter couldn't say it as a kid, we've carried on calling it pustard. We had it last Sunday with warm banana loaf and ice cream.
