  • 1 Large ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Sesame seeds for toppings (Optional)

Instructions​

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan. Take a bowl to mash ripe avocado until it forms a smooth, paste-like consistency.
  • Add apple cider vinegar and eggs to the mashed avocado and mix all ingredients well.
  • Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until properly combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan while smoothing out the top. Top with sesame seeds for added texture and flavor.
  • Put it in an oven to bake for 40–45 minutes or until the bread turns golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Take the bread out of the oven and let it cool before slicing. Enjoy your healthy keto avocado bread as you prefer.
