Has anyone here ever taken a class from King Arthur Flour? This can be either in person or online. Are they worth it in your opinion? I'm considering taking one, but not if it's just a recipe walk through as there are tons of free videos for virtually any type of baked good.

What I'm looking for is technique, troubleshooting, and the fundamentals behind the class topic. Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

My aunt took one a while back. She enjoyed it and got a few tips on bread baking. I don't think they were anything she couldn't find for free though if she took the time to look for them. It's a convenience thing. If you have time on your hands great. If you don't, take a class.

I've never taken one, but I have the highest respect for KA - I've dealt with them a number of times one-on-one as a consumer, and they've been just wonderful to work with and their advice has always been spot-on.

If anyone's going to do a baking class right, they will.
