Recipe Linguine with The Lady's Relish

    So easy! Of course you need to make 'The Lady's Relish' first but that is not difficult. This pasta dish is better than the sum of its parts.

    Ingredients (per single serving)
    100g linguine
    2 heaped tbsps 'The Lady's Relish'
    Zest of half a lemon
    Chopped parsley

    Method
    1. Cook the pasta just how you like it. Drain, reserving a little of the cooking water in the pan with the pasta.
    2. Over a low heat, add 'The Lady's Relish', parsley and lemon zest.

  2. I can absolutely see this with clams in the mix, too, but it looks very nice as-is!
