2 packages of refrigerated croissant rolls
half pound ground meat
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 carrot, diced
1 can sauerkraut, drained
2 TB Worcestershire sauce
half tsp dry beef bullion powder
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 TB oil
Sauté carrot, onion and garlic in oil until soft
Add ground meat, black pepper, bullion powder and Worcestershire.
Brown the meat
Add sauerkraut, mix and heat through
Take two triangles of croissant dough and pinch together at the seam to form a rectangle.
Put a generous spoonful of the meat and veg mixture in the center, and fold over to create a sealed pocket.
Bake according to croissant roll temp and time in oven
