Good evening, this time I want to compete in the CookingBites-recipe challenge with a rather simple recipe that is basically for a normal white bread, the recipe comes from martin johansson, who is the author of the book bread, bread, bread. and I changed it a little bit. In the original recipe...

Just a standard type of pie we get here, Morning Glory might like to comment on the content? Whatever it is, it's pretty good, I like these every now and then. With Worcester sauce and tomato/ ketchup. These type are sold at the races and local shops. It's a big company.
Yep, no kidding! Your rice cooker can make sweet sticky rice, which can be served with mango or even jackfruit.
Mostly we always see they serve with mango but in Thailand local sites we can serve sticky rice dishes with banana. Next time.
The point is how to cook this thing is not that hard...
I love cooking chicken breasts ‘en papillote'. They stay so tender and it’s a super quick and easy method. Here, the mango mustard provides a fruity, hot dimension and the garlic, ginger and cinnamon add musky depth. If you can’t be bothered (sorry, I mean don’t have time) to make the mango...

I decided I want to make pudding purely from scratch. That means no gelatin packets or stuff like that. Just pure old fashioned main ingredients. I've looked every where but I can't find one that doesn't have gelatin or one that is not all purely made from scratch. If someone here knows the...
This is a recipe I got from my day a long time ago and made it my own. (There is a Bisquick version of this as well).
I'm using chicken thighs for this, but any chicken pieces will do.
This recipe varies with how much you're making. I made 6 small-medium sized thigh pieces. If you have...
It doesn't get much easier than this. Just two ingredients for the fudge. The topping is up to you although I do think flakes of sea-salt really work well. I used pistachio nuts which I smashed up using a pestle and mortar and pressed into the surface of the fudge as well as sea-salt...

(or as titled by my collegue) Auntie Evelyn's coconut loaf
We were discussing easy to make cakes that don't necessarily need any icing and a collegue mentioned this old family recipe. I have made it a few times and is very popular with my daughter-in-law who likes all things...
This is a hand-me down from an irish lady we know in Rosslare, whose mother kindly gave us the recipe after we commented on how much we loved her bread.
It is simply the easiest bread you can make. I have taught this to a 10 year old girl, it really is that easy.
