I've been asked to do catering for 3 times dinner for about 20 people. All adults.

So simple , we have s lot of mint ATM, we use a lot.
Boil 1 litre of water with 1 litre of malt vinegar, add 1 cup of sugar and chopped mint. I clean 7x 350 ml bottles then heat in oven to dry. Pour sauce in.
