Recipe Ms. Mofet's Linguine and Lentils

Ms. Mofet's Linguine and Lentils

1 (8 oz. can) Plain Tomato sauce
16 oz. Ms. Mofet's Lentil soup (fill empty 8 oz. tomato sauce can with soup twice) more if needed
Salt and ground black pepper – to taste
2 oz. Burgundy wine (fill empty 8 oz. tomato sauce can 1/4 full with wine)*
1/2 lb. Linguine – uncooked

In a pot add the first 4 ingredients and bring to a boil.
Break linguini in half and add to pot.
Stir well and bring back to boil.
Lower heat and simmer till linguini is done to your liking.
Add additional soup and/or wine if needed to cook linguini. Will be thick or you can add more soup, wine, or tomato sauce to your liking.

*May use beef broth if desired
