Now to exactly copy this recipe, a type of mayonaise is needed that is not available outside of the Netherlands. It's a store brand yoghurt mayonaise my mother always used. Therefore I have replaced that mayo with a mixture of yoghurt and mayonaise, it won't come out exactly the same but good enough.

Ingredients for 4 portions:
500 g new potatoes of any kind
3 tbsp of mayo of your choice
2 tbsp of yoghurt, preferably the thicker kind
1 tbsp of wholegrain mustard
2 tbsp of relish containing both onions and gherkins
75 g of chopped sweet and sour dill pickles
3 handfuls of chopped fresh dill
3 handfuls of chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp of chopped fresh chives
Salt and pepper to taste
Hard boiled eggs
Paprika powder

1) Peel and chop the potatoes into bitesize pieces.
2) In a wide bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.
3) Cook the potatoes for 10 minutes in boiling water.
4) Drain the hot potatoes of water and add them to the mixture in the bowl.
5) Let cool down completely, stirring once halfway through the cooling process. Put in fridge for at least 6 hours to allow flavors to develop, preferably overnight.
6). Serve with sliced hardboiled eggs and a sprinkling of paprika on top.
